Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete AI lifecycle—from ideation and design to deployment and maintenance
• Innovation & Research: Explore emerging AI technologies to improve system performance and scalability

• Architectural Leadership: Contribute to system design decisions and maintain strong technical documentation

Technical Requirements

Core Expertise

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and advanced analytics, including:
• Bayesian statistics, clustering, NLP, time series analysis, neural networks
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) (preferred) or Computer Vision
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) or equivalent languages (R, Java, Scala, Julia)
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world applications
• Strong experience in MLOps and end-to-end ML system development & deployment
• Experience with web frameworks: Flask, FastAPI, or Django
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data systems
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices:
• SDLC, Git, CI/CD, Docker, scalability

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Big Data tools: Apache Spark, Kafka, Kinesis
