We are excited to announce a 3-month internship program in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC), designed for recent bachelor’s degree graduates who are eager to enhance their skills and gain valuable industry experience.
Quality Assurance (QA)?
Quality Assurance is a proactive process focused on preventing defects before they occur. It involves establishing systems, processes, and standards to ensure that the final product meets the required quality expectations. QA is about building quality into the process from the very beginning.
Key Aspects of QA:
- Process-oriented (ensures the right methods are followed)
- Involves planning, documentation, and process audits
- Detects issues early in the development/production cycle
- Examples: writing test plans, defining quality standards, conducting process reviews
Quality Control (QC)?
Quality Control is a reactive process focused on identifying and fixing defects in the final product or during production. It ensures that the end result meets customer requirements by inspecting and testing the output.
Key Aspects of QC:
- Product-oriented (checks the actual deliverable)
- Involves inspections, measurements, and testing
- Finds and corrects defects before delivery
- Examples: performing functional tests, inspecting samples, measuring compliance with specifications

Program Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
- Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Location: On-site (Lunch facility provided)
- Certificate: Awarded upon successful completion
- Job Placement: No guaranteed job offer after completion, but we certainly encourage you to apply for any opened positions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, IT, Science, or related disciplines).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of QA/QC principles, processes, or tools (preferred but not mandatory — training will be provided).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical thinking and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication in English.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, disciplined, and able to commit to full-time office work for the internship period.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Open to feedback and able to quickly grasp new concepts and tools.
Selection Process
Our selection process is designed to assess your analytical skills, technical aptitude, and cultural fit for the team.
Step 1 – Application Review
- Submit your updated CV and a brief cover letter outlining why you are interested in QA/QC.
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email or phone for the next step.
Step 2 – Aptitude Test (1 Hour)
- Format: A mix of objective (multiple-choice) and short-answer questions.
Focus Areas: - Logical reasoning & problem-solving
- Basic QA/QC concepts (awareness level)
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to detail (error-spotting exercises)
- Purpose: To evaluate your foundational skills and readiness for QA/QC work.
Step 3 – In-Person Interview (30–45 Minutes)
- Format: Face-to-face discussion at our office.
- What We Assess:
- Your understanding of QA/QC basics
- Communication skills
- Your approach to teamwork and deadlines
- Motivation and career goals
- You may also be asked a few situational questions to test your problem-solving abilities.
Step 4 – Final Selection
